Innerspace Seva Project 09
Innerspace Seva Project 09
My dear friend, Charlotte the Hippy once said, “I believe most people want to help. They just don’t know what to do.” My idol, Dr. Jane Goodall remarks at her talks that we suffer from the affliction of “justmeism.” We sabotage our good efforts by thinking, “It’s just me, I’m just one person, how can I possibly know what to do?”
Both of these observations from incredibly generous women drive Innerspace Seva projects, in which compassionate people do small everyday things consciously in order to help others. As a group of yoga practitioners, as part of our practice, we of Innerspace Yoga and readers of the Innerspace OMnimedia domain can give a lot just by buying what we may have been planning to shop for this holiday anyway.
All you have to do is browse through our advertising partners below, click on the banners, go to the desired online store, and buy good stuff. Please allow your browser to accept the cookies from these sites, or we won’t be credited. Innerspace Yoga/OMnimedia is not collecting your personal information in any way. In fact, unless you mention it specifically to your instructor/blog friend, we won’t even know you did it! That’s the beauty of it: totally selfless self-service.
Beginning November 1, 2009 and ending January 1, 2010 we will donate 75% of our advertising revenues based on these sales (your purchases) to St. Mary’s Child Center in Indianapolis (the remaining 25% covers administrative costs). We had great success last year, and the children got some art supplies from their wish list for their atelier.
You can click from any banner throughout the domain, including kitty:magazine for your purchase to count. Special incentives and free shipping links are listed below to get you going. Feel free to rope others in! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Please note: The advertisers featured within the entire Innerspace domain are not sponsoring the Seva Project 09, nor are they affiliated with this philanthropic in any way. They do not endorse or support our endeavor in any way beyond the normal contractual scope of marketing contracts.
Also: please enable cookies to be accepted from these sites. Innerspace OMnimedia does not collect your personal data. Thanks!
I have to admit, much to my 10 year old’s chagrin, that I still get matching Christmas morning PJs for us. Hubbs refuses to participate. When the boy stops, I’ll just have to match the dogs!
